From the Churrasqueira
The heart of the Nossa Casa experience is our churrasqueira — where premium cuts are seasoned, fire-grilled, and served tableside by our gauchos.
Throughout your meal, our team circulates through the dining room carving a variety of Brazilian meats directly at your table. Each cut is prepared over open flame to highlight its natural flavor and tenderness.
Churrasqueira selections include:
- Picanha (Brazilian top sirloin)
- Ribeye
- NY Strip
- Bottom sirloin
- Lamb
- Bone-in pork loin
- Linguiça (Brazilian sausage)
- Garlic chicken
- Chicken breast wrapped in bacon
- Chicken hearts
Cuts are served continuously and rotate throughout the meal, allowing you to try different flavors at your own pace. Everything from the churrasqueira is included as part of the Nossa Casa experience.

Our market table is an essential part of the Nossa Casa experience, offering a variety of fresh, comforting, and traditional Brazilian dishes to enjoy throughout your meal.
Guests are invited to explore a selection of cold and hot items, thoughtfully prepared to complement our fire-grilled meats served tableside.
Market table selections include:
- Fresh salads and seasonal vegetables
- Cured meats and cheeses
- Quinoa salad, house salad, and cucumber tomato salad
- Mango shrimp ceviche and chicken salad
- Brazilian favorites like pão de queijo (cheese bread), farofa, and feijoada
- Warm sides including white rice, pinto beans, sweet plantains, mashed potatoes, and roasted potatoes
- Rotating hot dishes such as muqueca de peixe and St. Louis ribs
